Job Description

Position: SAP PI PO CONSULTANT
Experience: 4+ years
Location: Hyderabad

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of PI architecture, design and development
  • Enterprise repository development, integration directory configuration and runtime
    workbench/MonitoringHome
  • Experience in SLD Configuration.
  • Various mapping technology expertise like Graphical, UDFs, Java and XSLT
  • Experience with adapters like IDoc, SOAP, REST, File, JDBC, RFC, SFTP and ABAP Proxy.
  • Alert Framework and CCMS experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP ALE/IDocs and ABAP Proxy connectivity Setup.
  • PI Monitoring knowledge (NWA for PI, Runtime Workbench, etc).
  • Experience in IDOC and Proxy Monitoring in SAP S4/ECC.
  • Knowledge and Experience with SSL certificates and PGP Keys.
  • Knowledge of CPI/Integration suite is Plus.

Job Role: SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)

Experience: 7-10 Years

Job Description:

  • Should have 8-10 year of strong configuration experience in SAP HCM – PA, OM, Time management, Canada Payroll, Benefits, Pensions, HR-FI Integration.
  • Should have ability to analyze the existing Payroll & Time Schemas/ PCRs and can modify according to business requirements.
  • Configuring and supporting ESS/MSS portal, year-end reporting and reconciliation (T4/T4A/W2) and testing annual HR support pack upgrades and related defect corrections.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP HCM submodules and the integration between various SAP modules
  • Should have experience in gathering & understanding the business requirements.
  • Should guide technical consultants for implementation of business logics.
  • Providing functional support for incidents in HCM SAP landscape to IT groups and business users
  • Should recommend and deliver business solutions based on HR requirements.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to other SAP Functional Analysts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving and possible solutions evaluation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members as well as internal and external stakeholders.
