2024 Assam HSLC Class 10th Result At 10:30 a.m. today, the Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) released the HSLC results on their official websites. Students can visit resultsassam.nic.in to view their results.
The official data indicates that 75.5% of students will pass the HSLC in total. Students in the transgender category have outperformed both male and female candidates this time. Eighty percent of pupils in the transgender category passed overall, with male students scoring seventy-three percent and female candidates scoring seventy-four percent.
With 590 points, Anurag Doloi was declared the winner, followed by Jharna Saikia (590 points). With 588 marks, Manash Pratim Saikia, Bedanta Choudhury, and Devashree Kashyap share third place.
The HSLC exams were held this year from February 16 to March 4, and the results were released 45 days after the tests were finished. 425966 students applied in total for the tests; 6888 of them did not show up, 361 had their results withheld, and 61 were dismissed.
There were 419078 candidates in all who took the tests; of them, 187904 were male, 231164 were female, and 10 were transgender pupils.
This time, 6392 students—that is, 85% and above—have earned a seat in the distinction category. Furthermore, 20552 students (75 to 84.99 percent) have been included in the STAR mark holder category. With this, there are 105873 pupils in the first division overall.
A total of 60680 pupils received a third division while 150764 students received a second division. The total number of students with letter marks is 193159.
Chirang district has done the best in terms of performance, coming in at 91.2 percent, followed by Nalbari at 88.1 percent and Baksa at 86.9 percent. At 60.9%, the Udalguri district had the lowest pass rate.
