The Indian and Australian cricket teams have arrived in Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala, for the second Twenty20 International of the five-match series. The match is set to take place at Greenfield Stadium on November 26.

This comes after an exciting Twenty20 International match in Visakhapatnam. The teams will rehearse on Saturday at Sports Hub in Karyavattom, the match venue, according to the Kerala Cricket Association.

Josh Inglis hit Australia’s joint-fastest century in T20 Internationals on Thursday in an exciting series opener, and Suryakumar Yadav was outstanding at the bat to help India win by two wickets. Upon being placed to bat, Australia amassed a substantial total thanks to Inglis’ 110 off 50 balls, which included 11 fours and eight sixes.

In retaliation for their painful defeat to Australia in the World Cup final on Sunday, the hosts chased down 208 in Visakhapatnam thanks to a brilliant 80-run innings from Suryakumar, who was captaining India for the first time.

After both players were removed, India lost momentum in their 112-run stand between Ishan Kishan (58) and Suryakumar (80). The chase came down to the penultimate ball of the match, where Rinku Singh maintained his composure to lead his team over the finish line.

“Suryakumar deserves praise for the way he performed. “He challenged the bowlers,” remarked Kishan. “There was excellent communication. Because it’s a young side, I’m overjoyed. We’ll make errors, but ideally as a bowling team, we’ll bounce back stronger.”

It is expected that the Indian team will start with the same lineup as their first-ever Twenty20 match in Visakhapatnam. They are currently getting ready for the match. On Tuesday, November 28, the T20 series’ third game will take place at Guwahati’s Barsapara Cricket Stadium.
