Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) offers a comprehensive human resource management solution known as SAP HCM, or SAP Human Capital Management. It is intended to support businesses in successfully and efficiently managing their human resources. A number of modules under SAP HCM handle different aspects of HR. In January 2022, I last updated my knowledge. SAP SuccessFactors, the company’s cloud-based HR solution, has been replacing the SAP HCM suite.
Among the main features and modules of SAP HCM (on-premise) are:
Organisational Management (OM): This module aids in the definition and administration of organisational components, including organisational units and reporting hierarchies.
Personnel Administration (PA): PA is in charge of maintaining master data on employees, which includes private and work-related information.
Time Management (TM): This module manages the procedures for timekeeping, attendance, managing absences, and evaluating time.
Payroll (PY): The PY module oversees the processing of payroll, which includes tax deductions, computations, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP HCM Consultant at SDLC Corp in Noida.
- Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, including Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, and other relevant modules.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing SAP HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Role And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective SAP HCM solutions with a focus on Indian Payroll
- Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP HCM implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, and support
- Ensure the successful integration of SAP HCM with other relevant systems and modules
- Provide expert guidance and support to resolve any SAP HCM related issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve SAP HCM processes
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HCM implementations
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects with Indian Payroll

Time Evaluation. Positive & Negative Time Management. Writing PCR Rules for different scenarios Overt Time, Regular Time, Straight Time, Holiday pay etc. Reading Time schema and modifying if required.
CATS DB Profile.
Attendances / Absences configurations.
Configure rules and Generate Accruals for various Quotas.
Holiday Calendar configuration. Substitution / Work schedule configuration.
Implementation experience with SAP HCM Time Management.
Work closely in a team environment.
Must have a good understanding of business processes, system risk, and controls to mitigate system risk.
