Senior Consultant – SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant
Requirement:
Minimum of 8-12 years of experience as a Plant maintenance Functional Consultant with 2 full cycle implementations and 3+ Support projects
Must have experience in S/4 HANA environment with SAP Best practices
Good to have Industry experience as a Plant maintenance Supervisor / Engineer
Thorough knowledge of SAP PM processes and configuring different types of maintenance plans needed such as single cycle, Strategy and Maintenance cycle plan for preventive maintenance
Thorough Knowledge on Plant maintenance Master data creation such as Equipment, Functional location, maintenance of all types of tasks lists, etc.
Experience in scheduling of Preventive Maintenance orders, creation of notifications, Breakdown maintenance orders and Refurbishment orders for SAP PM
Worked on different notifications types and activity reports
Work on Plant Maintenance order types. Configured maintenance tasks and maintenance order type parameters
Sound knowledge for configuration of Maintenance Notification and Order
Experience on developing custom reports as per client requirement in co-ordination with Technical Team
Through Knowledge on integration between other modules
Good working knowledge of Quality management and or Production planning is highly preferable
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Good communication skills and ability to face customers

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PM/EAM as per Business Requirements.
- Collaborate with Core Business and SAP IT teams along with SI Partner for implementation of PM module as per Project Plan. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, Quality, procurement etc., to understand business requirements and align and integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Map business requirements, processes, and objectives, Identify Gaps, issues; develop necessary product modifications and provide workaround solutions.
- Integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules and external systems, working closely with Cross-Functional Teams and External Parties
- Act as liaison with business users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Validate Functional Specification Document prepared by SI partner from Sustainability and Business requirement fulfillment perspective ensuring minimal impact on core customization.
- Impart an understanding of the Functional Specification Document to the development team for Development.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Provide Subject matter expert services on the SAP PP module and other dependent modules.
- Collaborate with Core Business and SAP IT teams along with SI Partner for implementation of PM module as per Project Plan. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Participate actively in testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing and User acceptance testing.
- Develop and implement SAP PM strategies, policies, and procedures to improve Line efficiency, inventory control, and better contract management.
- Provide Subject matter expert services on the SAP PM module and other dependent modules.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on SAP PM functionalities and best practices.
- Adherence to Project Tasks as per defined Timelines.
- Change Management tracking and impact assessment across modules.
