- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science
- Willing to work flexible hours, 24/7 rotational shift.
- 5+ years working experience in SAP Basis Administration – S/4, ECC/CRM/EWMS/BPC/ /BI/Portal/PO/SLT/GRC
- 3+ years hand-on experience with the Administration of Oracle database and MS SQL.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with SAP HANA(Database) Administration
- 3+ years of Tableau administration, Oracle PLM administration and Process weaver configuration experience
- 2 + years of experience in ETL and replication tools (SAP SLT, DS, HVR)
- 10+ years working experience in Information Technology
- Strong technical database knowledge with hands on & architectural experience (HANA, SQL, Oracle etc.)
- Experience in SAP cloud platform desirable.
- Proficiency in Archiving tools
- Good experience in administering and configuring Vertex.
- Good understanding on configuring single sign on using SAML and Kerberos
- Experience debugging and tracing SQL performance issues.
- Install and administration of reporting tools – Tableau and Business Objects preferred.
- SAP SLT Administration and replication experience from SAP, Oracle, and SQL server as source systems to HANA.
- Sound knowledge of designing scale-out and scale-up configurations and infrastructure capabilities.
- Good understanding on TDI implementation model on Physical and Virtual (VMware) infrastructure.
- Proficiency in solutions manager configuration.
- Working knowledge of Linux OS is necessary.
- Experience in executing HANA installations, upgrades, and patching activities (Linux).
- Experience in setting up HANA HA/DR
- Experience configuring and optimizing the performance of HANA, Oracle and MS SQL databases.
- Experience in migrating applications from onsite to AWS Cloud platform.
- Good working experience on Apache tomcat/Java/webserver-based application installation.

- Experience in IT Regulatory Validation process is MUST.

- Educational Background: Completed academic degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering)
- Professional Experience as an SAP Consultant with expertise in SAP Basis, HANA and S/4HANA.
- Consulting Skills: Consulting experience with a strong customer service mindset, able to propose competitive and innovative SAP solutions
- Technical Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively in a business-friendly language to stakeholders at all levels.
- Agile Methodologies: Interest in and experience with modern organizational structures and agile work environments (e.g., SCRUM).
- Project Management: Experience in project implementation, including SOW negotiations, project initiation, client management, project execution, and implementation.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge in SAP HANA in large installations and managing SAP Basis administration within complex system landscapes.
- Platform Knowledge: Experience with applications on various platforms (e.g., Red Hat Linux, Windows, Linux).
- ITIL & Change Management: Understanding of ITIL and change management processes, ensuring structured and efficient IT service management.
- Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python for automating tasks and enhancing system functionality.
