- Overseeing the work of junior QA Analysts and managing QA projects as required

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular audits of sales interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and compliance requirements.
– Analyze performance data and generate reports highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
– Assist in the development and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
– Analyze sales performance data, including key metrics and KPIs, to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance sales outcomes.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of sales representatives in terms of product knowledge, communication skills, objection handling, and compliance with sales scripts.
Required Skills:
– Proven experience in sales quality assurance or a similar role within the sales domain.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.
Work Experience:
– 2-3 years as Quality Analyst in Sales process
