• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
• Familiarity with applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment on-premises or in the public cloud
• Experience with Tandem technologies. Cobol, TACL, Pathway, Control-M
• Should have experience on NDM, SFTP and MQ
• Hands on experience in Production Support Environment
• Should have good knowledge on ITIL process
• Hands on knowledge in troubleshooting issues on Tandem platform
• Financial service experience on the areas of Banking, Payments processing etc
We are looking for resources who had done their certifications in IT Hardware to provide the onsite field support to the customers .
The resource need to have minimum of 1 Year experience is required to apply .
