Job Role : SAP Functional Consultant
Location : PAN India
Experience : 7-8yrs
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Should have Hands on in S/4 HANA Finance
- Should have sound configuration knowledge of master data, GL, AP, AR, Asset accounting and Cash and Bank accounting including new GL accounting, automatic payment programs.
- Should have sound configuration knowledge of cost element, cost center, internal order, product costing, profitability analysis and profit center accounting.
- Should have sound knowledge of project systems
- Understand dependency between FI and CO and other logistics modules like SD and MM.
- Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide financial expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge
- Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs.
- Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities.
- Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Work with the Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution.
- Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the FICO module.
- Ability to help resolve complex issues and independently manage critical/complex situations.
- Excellent Business Communication skills.

- Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests.
- Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills.

Strong experience in SAP PI or PI-PO
At least 1 full cycle implementation in S/4HANA in as well as projects where SAP PO-PI has been implemented
Ability to work with multi-lingual and multi-cultural teams with Excellent communication skills
Experience in interfacing with Manufacturing execution systems
Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness

Looking for dynamic professionals for the role of SAP B1 Consultants who possess excellent communication with a strong ability to Manage and lead SAP Business One Implementation across all modules to successfully deliver the project to clients along with providing support.
Must be willing to travel abroad to work on client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of Dealersoft product implementations for enterprise customers across industries in accordance with Dealersoft’s implementation methodology, within the bounds of the agreed scope, schedule, and effort.
- Conceptualize and formulate best-of-breed solutions in close collaboration with the multiple stakeholders of the client business that effectively address key implementation objectives.
- Gathering and defining the detailed functional requirements; deftly preparing business blueprints and related documentation.
- Meticulously identify customer requirements and mapping critical business processes along with working out a GAP analysis for each module.
- Being responsible for database configuration, setup, gathering master data, preparation of master data templates & uploading data by using the DTW tool.
- Creating preparation of change request/new requirements specification document (RSD) & coordinating with the technical team for RSD.
- Being responsible for quality assurance checks throughout the duration of the project & provide post-go-live support to customers.
- Provide training to clients onsite & to the internal team
- The majority of this role will be based on-site and will therefore require intensive travel.
Skills Required
- Experience of 5 years & above in SAP B1 as a functional consultant.
- Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a functional consultant, responsible for requirements gathering, functional design, and system configuration.
- Quick and innovative thinking with the acumen to correctly interpret trends/patterns from available data and formulate effective actions in achieving stated objectives.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.
Qualifications
- Technical/finance bachelor’s degree level qualification from a reputed university.
- MBA would be an added advantage.

- The technical consultant must have worked on either Crystal Reports Development OR SAP B1 Add-On development using C# dot net for at least 2 SAP B1 Customers/Support Projects.
- Exposure to SAP B1 on HANA would have added advantage.
